today was good.
film was the dodgiest one ever. me, liv and leyla went early, and davey was chatting up leyla. well, they were supposed to be talking about twilight, but he was asking questions like "do you like biting peoples necks?" and on and on.
christ, he comes up with the most awkward conversations.
oh and the jokes he tells are too awkward aswell. they start funny, then it's just like, 'no i don't need to hear anymore thanks'
he mixed the group up to dicuss the amores perros movie. we were talking about a character. i heard someone in my group say "easily fooled" and i wrote it down, then the person who said it looked at my page and glared at me as if i just killed his pet rabbit or something. yeah turns out he said "easily influenced"
i had a good laugh re-telling this though.
then the second half of the lesson involved making our own camera shot picture sheet. we had to put our own pictures in from our favourite movies.
i got a fright when davey was like "so you like ghost world, emma? it's an amazing movie" and leyla was like "I LOVE STEVE BUSHIMI"
i couldn't imagine him watching that movie. but i suppose he is a film studies teacher.. aha.
oh, and on my picture of charlie from live freaky! die freaky! he was like "oh god what the hell is that?!" and i got to explain the movie i was like yyyaaaaaay. but then he was just like "well, he really does look like charles manson"
i was expecting him to say something a bit more better than that. i'd love to do work about that movie. maybe a director study, or something.
i didn't like lunch time. it took ages for them to cook my panini, and some beacon hill child mistaked me for their carer. it was funny. but not.
i signed in for art, then me and leyla buggered off to town.
we both wanted to go to a cafe, but we ended up in weatherspoons having a meal.
funnnnnnny times.
i didn't get my anti-swastika badge like i promised myself to. because i am jewish and think nazi punks should fuck off. dead kennedys.
i think now i'm going to have some wine!
