first 2011 post

i don't even know what to say.
2010 was one of my favourite years, i'm so happy i posted blogs about almost every day that happened that year. i think i'll regret it in the future if i don't do any more posts like that again.

i wouldn't say the first few days of 2011 are anything exciting to remember. i'd say most of the time i've been reading the scott pilgrim books i got for christmas off my auntie. i'm on the 5th book now, i've been holding myself back from reading them so fast, but i can't help it, they're so enjoyable! i'll be so sad when i finish them.
and also, i think it's pretty sad that the film portrays all of the comic books, it means the chance of another film is unlikely.
i suppose once i finish scott pilgrim i should find another comic book. i have my eye on another one, i'm unsure weather i'll be able to get it from forbidden planet though. i'm going to have to check when i finish college tomorrow.

speaking of college, i can't believe it's my first day back tomorrow. i haven't been for such a long time! and i'm only there for 2 and a half hours tomorrow. it's ridiculous! i hope i get up in time. my sleeping pattern messed up, and i can say it's only because of these past few days. i wish i hadn't have messed it up for myself, but i guess i learnt not to do it again.

i haven't really wrote up my new years resolutions anywhere, i've just had a few ideas in my head.
obviously, i'm going to start my diet, which i gave up before leeds festival. i'd say it was pretty successful, overall i lost about a stone, i need to stick in and loose a bit more.
also, i'm going to give screenwriting a practice. i feel like it's a career that i've wanted to do for a long time, but never realised what exactly it was, or if it was possible. even if i don't go around to using them for anything, at least i have some practice towards something creative.
and i also want to take up bass again. i haven't played for about a year because joe borrowed it, i never came around to getting it back til the begining of last month. i still remember some stuff from it, but honestly it's songs i don't really listen to any more or care about.
i haven't posted all of my resolutions on here, mostly because i have to go.......
