i enjoyed today.
double photography was my first time back in the dark room. we had to develop our self potraits we took on the film camera with the cable release. all mine were disgusting and unflattering, yaaaaaak.
then me and leyla watched others take theirs in the old media classroom whilst we wrote shit on the whiteboards. rather funny.
oh and i also pretended to be tony montana from scarface. but with a staple gun. hardcore.

film today was weird. we had to work out our own corsework thing about a favourite movie/director/star. obviously my list included tim burton shit.
and i decided to do "representation of outcasts in tim burton movies"
it kind of annoyed me when the teacher said "lots of people are doing their presentations about tim burton!"

i'm obviously the biggest tim burton fan in my class though. no ones a bigger fan than me. if i was only allowed to watch one movie ever again it would be edward scissorhands.
and i need to compare it to 2 other tim burton movies, so i picked my other favourite tim burton movie beetlejuice. and to prove i'm so complex in the tim burton fan-ness, i want to include his short movie vincent. but i might not be allowed to.
that was a bit of a rant, but still. tim burton is one of my all time heroes.
at least it was easier for me than leyla, who was having a hard time thinking of something to do. aha.

+ OML. i used to go to the same girl gudies as leyla. and i don't remember meeting her there, but i probably did. creepy. we went to moorhouse camp together too.
apparently liv went too, but i think i left when she joined. weird though.

when i got home i got 2 postcards and a free book. i've pretty much been reading for the rest of the day.
oh and i figured i'm pretty obsessed with the tv show 'how i met your mother'. i think it's been out in america for a while now, but they only just started that over here.

i hope tomorrow isn't boring. but derren brown is on tomorrow (:
